Stratum started life in 2013 as a development management company formed specifically to meet the demand and opportunity for a USD 500 million mix-use development project
in Papua New Guinea.
Our people are seasoned specialists chosen because their industry experience and perspective brings value to projects. Our approach sets us apart. We prefer to sit on your side of the table and treat every project as if it was our own.

We operate where the opportunities exist but specialise within the Asia Pacific Region. Home base is New Zealand, Australia and Singapore.
